Charlotte Cassel and Anna Frusciante met while operating and growing a large non-profit organization that would become the largest women’s shelter in the country. There, they provided in house legal services and managed all aspects of compliance. Prior to this, they practiced in litigation and advocacy at non-profit law firms in Miami.
Through this work, Charlotte and Anna developed a deep understanding of the challenges charities face navigating compliance and risk management while carrying out their mission. They came to appreciate that with limited resources, organizations are often forced to choose between building a strong infrastructure and funding direct services.
With a combined 20 years of legal work in the field, they are now using their expertise to assist other mission-driven organizations and fill a gap in the charitable sector. Charlotte and Anna efficiently help organizations manage risk and meet their legal obligations so they are equipped to do what they do best.
